The Tee Factory is your one-stop-shop for custom printed t-shirts, sweatshirts and more.
To make your customized products, we use a new digital technology that bonds ink to cotton molecules, resulting in brilliant colors and photographic quality. The image is soft, breathable, vibrant and durable, without that "thick" feel typically imparted by heat-transfer and screen print methods. There is no overprint around the image area, and images have a “wash fastness” equal to or better than other print methods on 100% cotton. Pretty amazing really.

The Tee Factory stands behinds the quality of its products and service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, simply contact Customer Care within 30 days from the date of your purchase and we will refund the full price of the product in question, excluding postage and processing costs.

Shipping Information
Once you have completed your purchase at the Tee Factory, your order is custom made for you, packaged and shipped with care.
We produce and ship as quickly as possible, but since we custom-print your t-shirt, in busy periods, it can take up to 10 days to create and ship your order.
We offer a number of shipping options during checkout.
Domestic (US) Orders
This shipping method typically takes 6-10 days to be delivered, but can take up to 20 days. Bad weather or local post office congestion can cause a delay.
International Orders
This shipping method can take up to 5 weeks to deliver a shipment. Shipments can be delayed at country borders, customs, or other destinations along the way.
Please note that the time frames listed above only apply to the estimated time it will take for your order to arrive from the date is was shipped. We try to ship orders as quickly as possible, but since we custom-print your t-shirt, in busy periods, it may take up to 10 days to create and ship your order.

Printing FAQ
T-shirts designs are created using minimum of 150 DPI.
To fill the full area, we recommend that you use images that are equal to or larger than the recommended sizes below. For images smaller than these sizes, you should not fill the full area, but will have additional "white space"
- Vertical 12" x 14" 1800 x 2100 pixels
If your image is bigger than these sizes, it'll turn out even better since it will be printed at an even higher resolution than the minimum.
We offer heaps of coloured garments including black. Our advanced printing processes print direct to garments.
